Did You Buy AppleCare+ For Your iPad?

I treated myself to a new iPad recently, and when I did I was greeted with an option that wasn’t available when I purchased my original iPad: AppleCare+. Turns out that it’s just like AppleCare for any other Apple device, except it covers accidental damage. Plus, if you do drop your iPad, you have to pay $50 to get it fixed.

    I didn’t buy the iPad myself, I received it as a birthday gift. My parents bought Apple Care+, though honestly I don’t think they should have; I’m extraordinarily careful with my belongings.
