If you’re more medically minded, or want to really target specific muscles, iMuscle might be a little more up your street. It’s a sophisticated workout aid that provides a detailed 3D model of the muscular structure of the human body.
With over 450 hi-quality 3D animated exercises and stretches, and a search function for both individual muscles and particular exercises.
If you’re strapped for cash, then Gorilla Workout if definitely the way to go!
Grab the app and begin putting yourself through the different levels, it’s a fast-paced, no-equipment grouping of over 40+ exercises that’s designed to achieve maximum results in a short amount of time.

Eating healthily is a key part of getting into shape, so having a good recipe manager can really help! We recently reviewed Basil, and gave it a strong 9/10. It’s a superb recipe app that’s designed with you in mind. The inclusion of smart timers and easy addition of recipes from the web make this a true contender.
