Earlier this week we reviewed Halftone for the iPad. It’s a fantastic way to easily replicate the historical printing technique that reproduces a photograph using variously sized, and coloured, dots.

Rather than aim to be everything to everyone, Halftone is a simple but powerful app for creating vintage photographic effects. The time and effort it would normally take to achieve the equivalent results has been removed, leaving you with the most enjoyable aspects of the editing process.
