Temple Run

The Epic Knight from the well-known dungeon defense game, Tiny Heroes, is back in the new running game, One Epic Knight. The tables have turned and now the Epic Knight is the one conquering the dungeon. Whether you’ve played the first game or not, what could be more exciting than a dungeon filled with loot, potions, trinkets and green jello cube monsters? Other than real treasure chests filled with loot, I can’t think of too much.

As a fan of the popular Temple Run, when I found out One Epic Knight was free I had to take it for a spin. So, how does it compare to other games in the running genre? Read on to find out! (more…)

You must have played free games such as Temple Run on your iPad. One might refer to the age-old adage, “All good things come with a prize” and wonder how an awesome game like Temple Run can be free.

What if I was to tell you that these free games are likely to earn as much as paid apps, which in this case is five times more than Temple Run’s initial paid version? Enthralling, ain’t it? About a week or so ago, all of a sudden, I started receiving an onslaught of people asking me “What’s your high score on Temple Run?” I’d never heard of the game, but the sheer mass of people enquiring about my standing made me think it was something significant, so I decided to download it and give it a whirl.

Temple Run is a very simple, casual game that fits into the same category as blockbuster time wasters Angry Birds and Doodle Jump. It’s an endless runner, where you’ll try to escape a team of demon monkeys by navigating a network of pathways in a state of disrepair.
