Color Zen

This puzzler focuses on colors and shapes — match them to continue moving through a fluid world that’s visually stimulating while also calming.

There’s no score to keep, no penalties, no power-ups, just colors and the satisfaction of going with the color flow to a groovy soundtrack. Match the colors to solve the more than 100 levels.

Still, Color Zen isn’t as much of a game as it is a way to keep idle minds and hands busy. What you’ll love the most is the visual appeal and soothing, continuous and fluid gameplay.

Runaway is all about the cool graphics and an incredibly well-crafted storyline. Meet Brian, a would-be UC Berkeley student who’s poised to make his mark on their science department when he unexpectedly gets caught up with the mafia and dangerous hijinks.

You’ll be thrilled with the game’s nearly 100 different scenes and more than 30 interesting and unique characters to interact with in the game. As you and Brian go deeper down the rabbit hole you’ll have puzzles to solve to lead you to the next step, unraveling more and more of the plot.

Alone the way, enjoy the amazingly detailed hand-drawn illustrations, subtle humor and sense of adventure that has made this game enough of a cult favorite for the developers to deliver an iOS experience.

Scurvy Scallywags

Clear your calendar because Scurvy Scallwags is going to take over your brain for the rest of the week (or longer). In this match-three RPG set to fun music you’ll find yourself surrounded by pirates, ships, loot and of course, booty.

Here’s the deal. You move your pirate around the board by matching three or more tiles, collecting treasure as you go. But pay attention: Every time you make a match, the board will shift in that direction.

Make your way across jungle, desert, ice and fire, and work hard to reassemble the legendary Ultimate Sea Shanty by making as many matches as you can while also fighting off evil pirates and monsters. Plus, customize your pirate with hats, shirts, swords and more.

Spongebob Moves In

Here’s your chance to hang out with SpongeBob in Bikini Bottom. Move him into his pineapple house, get him a job at the Krusty Krab and customize Bikini Bottom as you see fit. Turn the town into an expansive undersea city by unlocking new characters, buildings, decorations and other goodies, like Patrick, Squidward, Sandy, Plankton, the Chum Bucket and others.

You can also view exclusive animated clips that offer fun glimpses into SpongeBob’s backstory, such as how he arrived at Bikini Bottom, how Patrick found his rock, and what Mr. Krab was like in his early days at The Krusty Krab.

You’ll also have to perfect the art of fry-cooking at The Krusty Krab to feed all the hungry bottomites, plus earn new and rare recipes, to keep all your favorite characters happy. In between, have fun performing quests and rearranging your town.

Free action shooter game Zombiewood is back with all-new multiplayer capability. Now you can survive a zombie-pocalypse right alongside all your friends and other players.

In case you aren’t already familiar with the storyline … Zombies have taken over Los Angeles and now Hollywood’s otherwise glamorous neighborhoods are filled with the blood-sucking undead. It’s up to you to take as many out as you can so that the Hills can be returned to their celebrity residents.

Enjoy the ability to “run and gun,” wielding more than 30 different kinds of crazy weapons. Plus, you’ll love the funny cartoon-style animation and graphics. Suit up your hears in hilarious outfits and play in scenes reminiscent of 20 different movies. Let’s face it: Something has gone very wrong in Hollywood, and it’s up to you to make it right.
